Built with Industry 4.0 architecture and built with the “Smart factory” system, the facility has been designed with a zero waste target.

With a sustainable and clean transformation system, all wastes are transformed back into production and a production model that is friendly to nature, respectful to human and environment is created by reducing carbon footprint below international standards. The plant, which produces its own electricity and auxiliary raw materials, also has a laboratory that works like an R&D base.

Minerra Stonewool Integrated Facility aims to contribute to the qualified workforce by working in cooperation with professional organizations and universities thanks to the facilities such as conference hall where continuous training and information of the supplier and practitioner interlocutors will be provided.

Mineral Stonewool, which have been a basic building material for many civilizations from the early ages to the present, have been an significant tool in transferring the traces of the civilizations they are in to the present day with their robustness and durability.

Along with the changing needs and developing technology, the change of the building culture in the future has led to the use of mineral rocks in different ways.

The Stone used in their raw state in nature during the history of humanity and the beginning periods have different faces thanks to the new technologies obtained today, and finally; Stonewool plates, which were formed by melting basalt rocks from mineral stonewool at high temperatures and turning them into fibers, started to be used in heating, cooling, sound and moisture insulation of all living spaces as building insulation.
